is a management consultant and an executive coach with over 15 years experience helping senior executives to address complex strategic challenges in their business. He works extensively at the intersection of Strategy, Organisation and People. He is bi-lingual, fluent in French and English.

Alain Gauthier, MBA
is a consultant, facilitator, educator, and coach focused on partnership and executive team development as a prerequisite for cultivating deep and lasting change in and across organizations. A graduate from H.E.C. (Paris) and an M.B.A. from Stanford University, he is a co-founder and member of the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL) and a founder and facilitator of SoL France.
